Hi, I'm Elizabeth
I grew up on the Outer Banks and spent years living and working here. I've worked a multitude of different jobs from a Spanish Teacher for DCS to giving advice to visitors working with Kitty Hawk Kites during my summers home. These days, I visit often, which gives me a unique perspective: I understand both the local side and exactly what visitors are looking for when planning a trip.
I created this site to be the kind of guide I wish everyone had- simple, honest, and helpful. Not overwhelming, Not generic. Just real recommendations from someone who knows the area and truly loves it.
